My love and passion for horses, I believe, was something I was born with. I started riding when I was 10 and got my first horse when I was 14. I would ride for miles, from sun up to sun down. If I wanted to participate in a show, I had to ride there and ride back. Trailers were a luxury.

My experience has a bit of many disciplines; I have shown Western and English. I did many gymkhanas as a kid. I had the opportunity to work for a trainer for about two years, learning and showing on the AQHA circuit. It was the time of my life!

I love teaching what I know. Over the years, I have found that the most important thing to me is the kids in the community. Now, my life is the Ranch where I give lessons, take in a few horses for training on occasion, board horses, and have fun with the kids. Click here for lessons; here for boarding; here for training.

Allen and I have put our heart and soul into the Ranch. Over the years, we have had many different types of events. Like I tell people, "we are not fancy but we have fun and are down to earth". We are always striving toward different improvements such as improved arena footing. We welcome visitors and have room for overnight boarding for people that want to come visit and trail ride on the beautiful trails here in Lake County. Click here to contact us.
